Merit scholarships
In addition, Forman Christian College offers merit scholarships to those students securing the highest marks in their respective program as evidenced on the First Merit List. These marks must be higher than 85% in the Matriculation exam to become an eligible candidate for this scholarship. These students will receive 75% fee waiver and will still need to deposit the admission fee, securities, and the Lahore BISE exam fee together with 25% of the tuition fee.
The first preference for the Merit Scholarships will go to the position holders in the various BsISE applying to us followed by the highest marks as displayed on our merit lists. The scholarships are awarded automatically upon the deposit of admission, security, and examination fees.
Students applying in special categories are not eligible for the merit scholarship. Only candidates in the “OPEN MERIT” category will be considered.
Students receiving the scholarships must maintain:
- 75% or better attendance at ALL times in every class
- 80% or better scores on monthly tests and send-up and pre-exams
- Good discipline record consistently
